The new Obamacare health care law is not as bad as you think it is

Posted February 15, 2020 10:23:11 The new health care overhaul known as Obamacare is not quite as bad, according to one group of health care experts.

In an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Dr. Daniel A. Kessler, a professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour that the new law is better than what the federal government is offering.

“The Affordable Care Act is better, but it’s still not perfect,” Kessler said.

“The Medicaid expansion is good, and I think the tax credits are good, but the individual mandate is a problem.

You can get rid of it.

You could put it on a block grant, but then it’s really hard to fund.”

Kessler also said that the current law is much more generous than what many Americans want and that he believes that it is a better option for most Americans.

He said he thinks it is not a bad law for people who are older and older, but he said the federal program will be much more difficult to get than the states, which are going to have more flexibility.
